STORE POLICIES  
DELIVERY Statewide-Charged by the hour, time based from porthole to porthole.
CREDIT Commercial accounts are available upon approval from our credit department. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, personal and business checks are welcome.
TERMS Our standard terms are net 30 days on all invoices.
RATE STRUCTURE All single shift rental rates are based on an 8 hour day, 40 hours per week, and 160 hours per month. There is an additional charge for 2nd and 3rd shift usage, please call for pricing.
RENTAL PERIOD

Rental of equipment starts at the same time of delivery or when picked up by customer. Rental stops when equipment is returned to our store. All equipment is charged for time out, not time used.

CLEANING CHARGES We make every effort to ensure that all rental equipment is cleaned and fully operable at customer pick up or at the time of delivery. A cleaning charge will be made if the rented equipment is returned dirty.
EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE Customer is responsible for normal daily maintenance i.e. fuel, greasing, air filters, oil, and checking all fluid levels and refilling.
TIRE REPAIR Customer is responsible for all tire damage or flats.
FUEL LEVELS All equipment is supplied full of fuel. It is the customer's responsibility to return the equipment full of fuel or pay the current rate for fuel used.
INSURANCE Once the rented equipment leaves our facility, the customer is responsible for it until it is returned. Our insurance DOES NOT cover equipment while in your possession. Contact your insurance company for coverage.
